The NormanVerse
TM
An Interdisciplinary Theatre Work by Bennett Gale

What is the NormanVerse™?
The NormanVerse™ is an evolving theatre work that brings together character, story, and philosophy into a unified performance experience.
At its center is Norman—a singular presence through which multiple characters and perspectives emerge, interact, and evolve.
Moving between performance, narrative, and inquiry, the work explores identity, imagination, and human potential.
It is not a fixed form, but a living system—unfolding across stage, story, and emerging media.

Current Work

The NormanVerse™ is currently being developed through live performance, writing, and emerging media. Recent work centers on a series of evolving presentations, in which characters emerge in real time through dialogue, story, and direct audience interaction.

This work unfolds as a living process — shaped in the moment and refined through each performance.

NormanVerse Podcast
The NormanVerse Podcast offers a different way into the work — shifting from live performance into a more intimate, listening experience..

Through character, conversation, and reflection, the podcast invites audiences into the inner world of The NormanVerse, where ideas can unfold with greater depth and continuity.
The podcast is currently in development.

Community Engagement
For nearly two decades, Bennett Gale’s work has been rooted in direct engagement with the communities of Siskiyou County and the surrounding region.
Through performance, education, and ongoing creative development, his work has brought live theatre into schools, libraries, and community spaces—creating shared experiences that invite reflection, participation, and a shift in how individuals engage with both art and everyday life.
As The NormanVerse™ continues to evolve, this work expands beyond individual performance into a broader platform for connection—bridging storytelling, dialogue, and education across diverse audiences.

This expansion now includes written and emerging media, extending the reach of the work while maintaining its core focus: engaging individuals and communities in a more creative and expansive relationship to their lives.
